Regulation Specialists

ABC’s regulatory team specializes in ensuring all of ABC’s facilities are designed and constructed to properly and safely pursue oil and gas activities in accordance with all applicable regulatory bodies. ABC’s regulatory team acts as a liaison between the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), British Columbia Oil and Gas Commission (OGC) and the British Columbia safety authority (BCSA) as well as all other applicable regulatory bodies as they correspond to ABC’s clients and project teams.

ABC Regulatory is responsible for:

• Facility and Pipeline licensing

• Facilitation and coordination of regulatory Inspections

• Assisting with any non-compliance issues and,

• Reporting on follow up procedures
